Returns
No returns will be
accepted without prior written authorization from Pelstar, LLC. Contact
our Returned Goods Department (1-800-815-6615) for Return Authorization
(RA). All authorized returns must be in original packaging or equivalent
and must be shipped to the factory FREIGHT PREPAID. NOTE: The Return
Authorization number must appear near the shipping label, on the outside
of the shipping box. Floor model scales must be packed 12 maximum per
carton only. Professional and personal waist high scales must be packed 1
maximum per carton only.
RESTOCKING
CHARGES:
NO CHARGE - Scale is returned due
to Pelstar, LLC error. 5% - Order placed is incorrect. Replacement scale
is ordered.
10% - Order placed is incorrect and scale is refused on
delivery.
Replacement model is not ordered.
20% - Scale carton has
been opened and unit has been used. Unit returned is in a resalable
condition and returned within 90 days of purchase.
Credit or
replacement will not be issued for product beyond warranty coverage.
Pelstar, LLC shall have the sole right to determine if merchandise is
defective and whether credit or replacement will be issued.
